Papa Party Activity Terms and Conditions

Campaign Period

* Campaign duration: 24-26/4/21
* The duration of the campaign is subject to change at Papa John’s sole discretion.
* Papa John’s reserves the right to change the competition terms without prior notice on its Facebook page.
* The prize must be redeemed by 30/06/2021.
* The prize cannot be exchanged or converted.
* Redemption is subject to delivery zones or via self-pickup.

Eligibility

Eligible to participate are those who meet all the following conditions cumulatively (hereinafter: “Participant” or “Participants“):
* Adults aged 18 and over, subject to these regulations.
* Followers of Papa John’s on Facebook and Instagram.

Campaign Essence

* Papa John’s invites its Facebook and Instagram followers to tag a friend who is celebrating a birthday and write them a funny wish. Participants must write a funny wish to the tagged person and also tag @papajohnsisrael and a friend.
* The Papa John’s judging panel will select the winners with the most moving/exciting entries and award them a family-size pizza as a gift.
* Papa John’s may announce an earlier or later end date for the competition at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
* Papa John’s reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any comment for any reason, including due to copyright infringement, and to exclude the user from the competition.

Winner Selection

* Winners will be those who follow Papa John’s profile on Facebook or Instagram, participate in the activity, and provide the most moving entries.
* By participating, the user agrees to waive any copyright claims regarding the post and/or photos uploaded in the comments.
* The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook or Instagram.
* If a winner does not establish contact and provide details regarding their win within 7 days from the moment of the announcement on the Facebook/Instagram page, Papa John’s reserves the right to transfer the prize to another participant at its discretion.
* For the avoidance of doubt, this competition is not a lottery! The originality of the comments will determine the winner.
* This activity is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, or any entity associated with it. The participant understands that the information provided goes to Papa John’s and not to Facebook.
* No monetary credit will be given for canceling a win for any reason.
* Awarding the prize is subject to Papa John’s delivery zones; alternatively, winners may redeem the prize via self-pickup from a branch.

The Prize

* Prize: A voucher for 5 classic L-size family pizzas, to be awarded to two winners.
* Redemption is subject to Papa John’s delivery zones; alternatively, winners may redeem the prize via self-pickup from a branch.
* Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
* Papa John’s reserves the right to change the competition terms and winner selection at its discretion.

Liability

* Participation in the competition at all stages is at the sole responsibility of the participant.
* Papa John’s and/or anyone on its behalf is not responsible for any act or omission by third parties related to the publishing of participant details and will not be liable for any damage, loss, or expense incurred by the participant or any third party as a result thereof.
* Papa John’s shall not be responsible for any use made by users of the content uploaded during the campaign, and the participant hereby releases Papa John’s from all liability regarding this and shall not seek any payment now or in the future for the use of the photo or post they wrote.
* The participant consents to the publication of their name.

Privacy Policy

Papa John’s is committed to protecting the privacy of the participants and will not disclose identifying details about participants to anyone not authorized by law, except for public information already disclosed by the participants themselves. The participant waives any copyright claims regarding the content they have uploaded.

Copyright

* Papa John’s shall be entitled to use the content/photos/stories uploaded by the participant as part of the campaign on Facebook, Instagram, or any other network.
* Participants waive copyright in the content and comments uploaded to Papa John’s Facebook or Instagram pages, and they understand that no compensation will be given for them.

Miscellaneous

* All references in these regulations in the masculine gender are for convenience only and refer to both feminine and plural.
* Papa John’s may change the terms of the campaign, its nature, its existence, or any part thereof, including changes to prizes and the number of winners, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
* In any case where a participant violates the campaign regulations and/or there is a suspicion of misuse of eligibility, or if there is a concern that they bypassed the rules in any other way, including suspicious or inappropriate behavior, Papa John’s may, at its sole discretion and without explanation, prevent their participation (even if the participant would have won otherwise), and the participant shall have no claim against Papa John’s for such exclusion.
* These regulations are subject to the laws of the State of Israel.
* For any dispute regarding these terms, the competent court in Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
* Notification of any change to the campaign terms or regulations will be published at Papa John’s discretion. Publication on Papa John’s Facebook page shall be considered notice under this clause.
* The prize must be redeemed by 30/06/2021.
