Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

Activity Period

*06-16-2021 to 12-31-2021. The duration of the activity is subject to change at Papa John’s sole discretion.

*Papa John’s may change the end date of the activity at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

*The prize cannot be exchanged, subject to delivery areas or self-pickup.

Eligibility

Those who meet the following cumulative conditions are eligible to participate in the activity (hereinafter: “Participant” or “Participants“): adults aged 18 and over, subject to these terms and conditions, individuals with over 800 followers/friends, and those not currently under contract with an agency.

Nature of the Activity

Papa John’s invites the public to sign up to become ambassadors, taste the chain’s various pizzas and dishes, share their experience, tag papajohnsisrael@ in stories or posts, and upload their experience to at least 3 local Facebook groups. The management team at Papa John’s will select and utilize the relevant posts/stories. Papa John’s may announce an earlier or slightly later end date for the activity at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Papa John’s reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any material for any reason, including due to copyright infringement, and to disqualify participation.

Selection of Ambassador

The participant agrees to waive any claim to copyright regarding the post and/or images uploaded as comments for the activity. The relevant ambassadors will be contacted. If a participant does not respond and provide details regarding their participation within 7 days from the moment of notification, Papa John’s is entitled to transfer their participation to another participant at its discretion and without notice. It is hereby clarified that this activity is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered in any way by Facebook and/or any entity associated with it. The participant understands that the information provided will be transferred to Papa John’s and not to Facebook. Provision of delivery is subject to Papa John’s delivery areas; alternatively, ambassadors may redeem their participation via self-pickup from the branch.

Liability

Participation in the activity, at all its stages, is the sole responsibility of the participant. Papa John’s and/or anyone on its behalf are not responsible for any act or omission by third parties related to or concerning the publication of the participant’s details and shall not be liable for any damage and/or loss and/or expense caused to the participant and/or any third party as a result of the aforesaid. Papa John’s will not be responsible for any use made by users of different media outlets of the content uploaded as part of the activity, and the participant hereby releases Papa John’s from any such responsibility and will not request any payment now or in the future for the use of the image or post they wrote. The participant consents to the publication of their name.

Privacy Policy

Papa John’s undertakes to protect the privacy of participants and will not disclose identifying details about participants to anyone not authorized by law, except for details and public information published by the participants themselves. The participant waives any claim regarding copyright for the content uploaded.

Copyright

Papa John’s shall be entitled to use the content/images/stories uploaded by the participant as part of the activity on Facebook, Instagram, or any other network. Participants waive copyright in the content and comments uploaded to Papa John’s Facebook or Instagram, and are aware that no consideration will be given for them.

Miscellaneous

All terminology in these terms and conditions in the masculine gender is for convenience only and refers to both the feminine and plural genders. Papa John’s may change the terms of the activity, the nature of the activity, its actual existence, or any part thereof at any time, subject to its sole discretion and without prior notice. In any case where a participant violates the provisions of these terms and conditions and/or if suspicions of misuse of the eligibility arise, or if there is concern that the participant bypassed the activity rules in any other way, including concern regarding inappropriate behavior by the participant for any reason, Papa John’s shall be entitled, at its sole discretion and without the need for justification, to prevent their participation in the activity (even if the participant would have won the activity without such an act) and the participant will have no claim and/or demand against it and/or against anyone on its behalf regarding the termination of participation under such circumstances. The activity terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel, changes in legal provisions, and any other regulation and/or subsidiary legislation valid under the law. In any dispute concerning the terms of the activity, the competent court in Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Notice regarding changes to the terms of the activity and/or changes to the terms and conditions shall be published at Papa John’s sole discretion. Publication of the change on Papa John’s Facebook page shall be considered notice under this section. Delivery of products cannot be exchanged. Subject to delivery areas or self-pickup.
